Becker joins FlackTek following senior leadership roles at Krayden, where he oversaw sales operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. His teams supported customers in aerospace, electronics, automotive, industrial, and specialty materials markets, managing portfolios ranging from 45 million to 190 million dollars in annual business. His earlier roles at 3M, Scott Safety, Jadak, and Universal Packaging Solutions further shaped his experience in technical product integration and OEM partnership development.
