A new report from the ActivTrak Productivity Lab reveals a striking productivity gap across industries, with aerospace organizations experiencing the highest untapped capacity and cost impact. According to the inaugural Workforce Utilization Benchmarks report, nearly 60 percent of workers fall short of daily productivity goals, resulting in an estimated 11.2 million dollars in lost output annually per 1,000 employees.

The study, based on digital activity data from over 300,000 workers across 5,600 organizations, offers a rare quantitative lens into actual work behavior rather than self-reported surveys.
