Scaling Production for High Demand Defense Propulsion

The company reports rapidly increasing demand for its Frenzy 8 engines, which are designed for swarm class drones and other uncrewed aerial defense platforms. Recent milestones include high altitude testing, flight readiness validation, and a 29.7 million dollar U.S. Air Force contract supporting integration and qualification activities. Beehive positions the Frenzy line as a propulsion solution optimized for high rate, low cost production, a priority as defense strategies shift toward distributed autonomous systems.

EOS M4 ONYX Platform Selected for Throughput and Industrialization

Beehive selected the EOS M4 ONYX platform for its combination of productivity, process stability, and part quality. The six laser system offers expanded build volume, advanced monitoring, and the RFS Pro powder filtration system, features intended to support industrial scale production of complex metal components. Beehive will also use EOS software tools for real time monitoring, data tracking, and quality management to enhance repeatability and traceability across its additive operations.
