Ondas to Acquire World View to Advance Multi Domain Intelligence Architecture

Ondas Inc. announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire World View Enterprises, a move that strengthens the company’s position in multi domain intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. The transaction builds on a prior ten million dollar strategic investment and reflects a shared focus on persistent sensing, autonomous systems, and integrated mission workflows. World View brings more than 140 stratospheric flight operations and experience supporting customers such as NASA, NOAA, the U.S. Department of War, and the U.S. Air Force.

Strengthening a Unified Approach to ISR

The acquisition aligns two organizations that have been moving toward a common vision for interconnected ISR. World View has expanded from a single domain sensing provider to a stratospheric ISR operator offering long endurance and wide area coverage. Ondas has been developing autonomous systems across air and ground domains with an emphasis on networked, interoperable architectures. Together, the companies aim to deliver a unified intelligence framework that supports defense, homeland security, allied governments, and critical infrastructure operators.

“Persistent sensing, AI-enabled analysis, and autonomous response are rapidly becoming foundational capabilities for modern defense and security operations,” said Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas. “World View will accelerate our systems-of-systems roadmap by extending our architecture into the stratosphere, adding long-endurance, wide-area persistence to our layered ISR strategy across air and ground domains. Just as importantly, World View will strengthen our U.S. footprint and bring established engagement with US Department of War combatant commands and allied defense customers globally. Combined with our partnership with Palantir, we are building a scalable, AI-driven intelligence platform that connects sensing, decision-making, and response across mission-critical environments.”

Extending ISR Reach Through Stratospheric Platforms

Ondas leadership highlighted the strategic value of adding stratospheric persistence to its portfolio. According to the company, integrating World View’s high altitude capabilities will accelerate its systems of systems roadmap by expanding coverage and endurance across operational environments. World View’s established relationships with U.S. combatant commands and allied defense customers are expected to enhance Ondas’ domestic and international footprint.

Scaling Multi Domain Intelligence Solutions

World View leadership noted that joining Ondas will enable faster product development and broader market reach. By aligning its stratospheric platforms with Ondas’ architecture and leveraging shared partnerships, the combined organization expects to scale deployment of layered ISR solutions. The companies emphasized their intent to meet rising global demand for persistent sensing and AI enabled mission support.

“Joining forces with Ondas will allow us to accelerate our growth trajectory and execute our vision at a much larger scale,” said Ryan Hartman, CEO of World View. “With access to Ondas’ broader platform, resources, and global go-to-market capabilities, we will be able to move faster on product development, expand our reach with defense and allied customers, and deliver integrated, multi-domain intelligence solutions more efficiently. By aligning our stratospheric platforms with Ondas’ systems-of-systems architecture and leveraging our partnership with Palantir, we are well positioned to scale deployment, deepen customer engagement, and capture the growing demand for persistent, layered ISR capabilities worldwide.”

Building a Layered ISR Platform

The Stratollite platform adds high altitude persistence and wide area sensing to Ondas’ existing autonomous aerial systems, counter UAS technologies, and ground robotics. The combined portfolio is designed to support mission workflows that connect detection, collection, data fusion, and autonomous response. Ondas expects the integration to strengthen its position as a vertically integrated defense platform capable of scaling manufacturing and supporting global operations.

Responding to Growing Demand for Integrated ISR

The companies cited increasing defense modernization, airspace security requirements, and adoption of AI enabled sensing as key drivers of market growth. Customers are moving away from isolated platforms toward architectures that provide continuous awareness across domains. With World View’s operationally proven stratospheric capabilities, Ondas aims to lead this transition by offering an interconnected ISR solution that spans stratosphere, air, and land.

Operational Integration and Future Development

Following the close of the transaction, World View will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary within the Ondas Autonomous Systems business unit. High altitude platform development and customer programs will continue while engineering, AI, data fusion, and mission systems teams are aligned across the broader Ondas portfolio. World View will contribute to the company’s long term technology roadmap as Ondas expands its defense and autonomous systems offerings.
