Diamond Antenna and Microwave Corporation has announced the appointment of David Schafer as Chief Executive Officer and David Podell as Chief Financial Officer. The leadership transition follows the retirement of former CEO Peter Rothschild, who led the company for more than 25 years.

David Schafer joins Diamond with over 30 years of experience in aerospace and defense, including executive roles at L3Harris Technologies, General Dynamics, and Raytheon. His background spans engineering, program management, and corporate strategy, positioning him to lead Diamond through its next phase of growth and innovation.

David Podell brings more than two decades of financial leadership across technology and manufacturing sectors. He previously served as CFO at several private equity-backed companies and will oversee financial operations, capital strategy, and organizational scalability.
